Providing litigation financing since 2010
Argo Partners began providing litigation financing in 2010, initially with a focus on appellate matters. Over time, we expanded our funding efforts to include funding plaintiffs and counsel at both the trial and appellate levels in state courts, federal courts, regulatory proceedings, and arbitrations (both domestic and international) across all manner of claims, ranging from complex commercial to product liability to personal injury. We also regularly provide funding on a portfolio basis to solo practitioners and small law firms across the country.
What distinguishes Argo Partners from many other litigation funders is our middle market presence. We provide anywhere from $50,000 to $500,000 in non-recourse funding per investment (and above in certain limited situations). Most dedicated litigation funders do not consider investments below $1 to 2 million, leaving litigants and attorneys with meritorious yet modest-sized damages claims without litigation finance solutions. Argo Partners serves this critical market gap.
Litigation funding is one of multiple investment strategies at Argo Partners. For information about Argo Partners, including our core business of buying bankruptcy claims, please visit our website.
